Course Description

Bullying can happen in any organisation or workplace and anyone can be a victim of it. Workplace bullying can have severe effects on anyone subjected to it including: anxiety, depression and physical harm. Bullying can affect a victim's life and relationships outside of work and in some cases cause health problems such as headaches and sleep disorders.

Course Content

The program covers the following: what is bullying; bullying prevention; what should be in an effective workplace bullying policy; bullying response.

Assessment Tasks

An assessment task of 10 multiple choice questions and answers willl be discussed in class.

Certificate

Each candidate will receive a Certificate of Completion.
